We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to join our team at the Brookside San Pablo Health Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive prenatal, postpartum, and gynecological care, including screening, health maintenance, and disease prevention.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare team members, including behavioral health staff.
  • Act as a patient advocate and liaison with outside agencies as needed.
  • Provide verbal and written education and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate patient records for clinic reporting, billing, and quality improvement.
  • Participate in quality performance activities and improvement initiatives.
  • May be involved in the supervision and teaching of residents, students, or fellows.
Qualifications
  • Current California CNM license, including furnishing license.
  • Minimum of one year experience delivering perinatal and gynecological care to people across the lifespan.
  • Community clinic experience preferred.
  • Experience as part of a team-based care model preferred.
  • Knowledge of Contra Costa County resources is desirable.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish is desirable.
  • Experience with electronic health records, specifically eCW and Epic, strongly preferred.
Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of $123,000-$146,000, depending on years since licensed, and excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, Flexible Spending Accounts, dependent and domestic partner coverage, 403(b) retirement savings plan, and loan repayment programs.
