Application Management Advisor

About the Role

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking an experienced Application Management Advisor to play a crucial role in operating and maintaining our Energy Solutions applications portfolio and creating application road maps.

As our Application Management Advisor, you will report to the Application Management Director to assist with managing the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, including planning, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure applications meet business requirements and are aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related issues
  • Develop and maintain documentation for application processes, procedures, and configurations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application management and incorporate them into our organization's practices
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements for all applications

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science or a related technical field with seven (7) years of experience in application management in a professional setting
  • Proven experience with Maximo and or Procore applications
  • Expert knowledge of application monitoring and management software
