  • Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information and ensuring accurate medication dispensing.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory management and quality control.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; PTCB certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in counting and measuring medications.
  • Computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software.
