About the Role

Veracity is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Imaging Lead Technologist to join our team in the San Francisco, California area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate imaging teams to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient department operations.
  • Collaborate with physicians and staff to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes.
  • Mentor and train new employees and students to achieve proficiency in advanced imaging procedures.
  • Participate in annual performance improvement projects and contribute to CT Quality Assurance/Radiation Safety meetings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience in acute care settings with ARRT licensure, CRT licensure, ARRT-approved CT certification, venipuncture certification, and BLS (CPR) certification.
  • Demonstrate ability to instruct one or more advanced procedures and teach basic and advanced imaging techniques.
  • Graduate of a formal radiology technology-training program in an AMA-approved school.
  • Flexibility in scheduling with ability to rotate shifts and coverage for weekends and holidays.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000 depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, Veracity offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
