About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Engineer with 10-15 years of experience to lead infrastructure projects for municipalities and local school districts. This individual will report directly to the principal and be responsible for designing and managing various infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the client manager for one or more municipalities or public agencies, serving as the single point of contact between our firm and the client.
  • Supervise and coordinate all projects performed on behalf of the client to their satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement engineering solutions to improve and maintain clients' infrastructure.
  • Design transportation, utility, facility, or hydraulic systems or structures using computer-assisted design tools.
  • Conduct studies of traffic patterns and environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess potential project impact.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and governmental regulations.
  • Identify environmental risks and develop risk management strategies for projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • PE license required.
  • Municipal engineering experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make public presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer-aided design software.
