The Kent Companies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing growth strategies, signing new customers, and developing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement growth strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Design, Permitting, Production, Installation, Suppliers, Marketing, Accounting, and Vendors
* Manage multiple projects through the sales cycle from estimate to payment, delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Utilize company-defined workflows and authorized electronic platforms for customer relations, project management, and sales reporting

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of industry trends, competition, and basic permitting requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
