Addiction Recovery Specialist

New Season Treatment Centers, a leading national health care service provider, is seeking a dedicated Addiction Recovery Specialist to join our team. With over 30 years of experience in providing quality care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD), we offer a comprehensive treatment approach that includes medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate professional to work with patients, guiding them through their recovery journey. As an Addiction Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive the best possible care, while also promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and understanding within our centers.

About the Role:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to patients, addressing their unique needs and challenges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment as needed
• Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in counseling principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A certification in a related field and/or a Bachelor's degree are preferred but not required.
