Responsibilities:
Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques.
Ensure residents' charts are up-to-date and accurate.
Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions, notifying appropriate parties of any changes in condition or response to medications, treatments, or incidents.
Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess residents' condition.
Keep residents' families and physicians informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or health conditions.
Requirements:
Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) License.
Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification.
One (1) or more years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment preferred.
