Job Description:

A Transformational Change Leader is a key role at Capgemini, responsible for driving digital transformation and delivering business outcomes for clients in the aerospace and defense industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, including defense contracting, product lifecycle management, configuration management, MRO, and supply chain logistics.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the A&D industry, including SAP S/4, SAP Cloud Platform, and industry-specific cloud offerings. They will also have experience in big 4/consultancy and a minimum of 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience with S4.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage SAP solutions tailored to the unique needs of the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Lead and assist customer and sales operations teams in delivering sophisticated projects.
  • Develop and present innovative implementation strategies, including consideration of a client's budget, cash flow, and time to value.
  • Identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies, including outcome-based models, which are appropriate for delivering business outcomes and associated value while being commercially viable to Capgemini.
  • Deliver a compelling presentation to prospective clients, key project team members, and stakeholders, including directors, across the entire scope of a proposed engagement.
  • Lead the delivery of a solution business blueprint that will satisfy business requirements and enable timely and profitable delivery on projects.
  • Take a leadership role on a program shaping strategy and roadmap across multiple lines of business.
  • Lead across the full lifecycle of large transformation projects.
Requirements:
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP solutions specific to the A&D industry.
  • Big 4/consultancy experience is preferred.
  • 12 years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience with S4.
  • S/4HANA Greenfield/Brownfield implementation experience.
  • Expertise knowledge in core business processes and associated functions for one industry sector or a limited number of micro industry sectors.
  • Ability to develop and present innovative implementation strategies.
  • Ability to identify, articulate, and present different commercial strategies.
  • Ability to deliver a compelling presentation to prospective clients.
  • Leadership skills and ability to lead across the full lifecycle of large transformation projects.
