Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and sending of all personnel documents from entry to exit, including employment contracts, contract adjustments, and references
  • Management of deadlines and appointments, such as anniversaries and probationary periods
  • System-based personnel data entry and maintenance, including SAP organizational management
  • Communication with authorities, such as chambers of commerce, vocational schools, and partner organizations
