BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Frederick, Pennsylvania.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced RN who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and improving the lives of those we serve. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support that addresses their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Provide direct patient care, including wound management, medication administration, and education on disease management and self-care
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing strategies to address them
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless care coordination and transitions
- CURRENT LICENSE AS A REGISTERED NURSE IN PA REQUIRED
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience preferred
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust with patients and families
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
