We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Clerk to join our team in Denver, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for interviewing applicants, scheduling and following up with candidates, and assisting in the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct interviews with applicants
Complete the hiring process, including updating applicant status and assisting with job offers
Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries
Distribute paychecks biweekly
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of HR administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to operate standard telephone systems
Excellent verbal, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills
