Job Description

This role involves working collaboratively with our clinical teams to design and implement simulation-based training programs. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing expert consultation and critique to simulation development, and maintaining accurate records and reports of training activities and outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement simulation-based training programs for clinical staff and providers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Provide expert consultation and critique to simulation development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of training activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing and simulation education, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A master's degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • Current RN license
  • 5+ years of recent experience in an acute care setting
  • 2+ years of experience using adult learning principles
  • Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting software
