About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in various home settings. This includes examining and treating illnesses, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and maintaining up-to-date patient records.

We offer a flexible schedule and competitive compensation package, which includes:

  • A salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Active state DEA licensure
  • A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
