Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Technician to join our team at Music City Recon, a leading automotive reconditioning company in Tennessee.

Salary: $42,000 - $75,000 per year, or approximately $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced auto painters to work with a reputable company and take their career to the next level. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting, prepping, and collision repair.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to local dealerships for on-site cosmetic repairs.
  • Inspect vehicles to be painted, identifying areas that require attention.
  • Mix paint to specific colors using standard formulas or color charts.
  • Apply paint, sand, mask, blend, and polish finishes as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • At least two years of experience as an auto painter, prepper, or collision repair technician.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to multitask effectively.
