We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Heartland Dental. This role will involve overseeing the daily operations of a dental practice, including managing patient claims, tracking inventory levels, and coordinating team schedules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to analyze processes and information to identify problems and trends.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the practice, providing exceptional customer service to patients and team members, and contributing to the growth and development of the business. You will work closely with the supported Doctor to achieve business objectives and foster a positive team culture.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to analyze processes and information to identify problems and trends
