About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Bolting Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling site visits, and conducting presentations to showcase our diverse ASME, OSHA, and HYTORC Bolting Academy training solutions.

Your primary focus will be on presenting our paid training solutions and certifications, which enhance safety, quality, and schedule, to industrial equipment owners, OEMs, design firms, and maintenance companies specializing in markets that utilize industrial size nuts and bolts.

You will work closely with our Training Team, Territory Managers, and Distributors to coordinate training with site visits, strengthening customer service relationships and collaborating with Unions, Technical Schools, and Colleges to develop plans to introduce trainings in existing and new markets.

Requirements

• A minimum of [Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000] per year salary
• Sales experience required, preferably in the industrial equipment sector
• Knowledge of ASME PCC-1 standard preferred
• Strong technical or mechanical background preferred
• Experience selling to Industrial Equipment Owners and OEMs a plus
• Domestic travel required (50% - 75%)
• Experience with Industrial Fastening/Bolting a plus
