Express Employment Professionals seeks a highly skilled CNC Laser Programmer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in programming, machining, and fabrication.

The CNC Laser Programmer will be responsible for providing programming, setup, and machining expertise to support daily production and prototype development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing efficient machining processes using CAD/CAM software.
  • Collaborating with engineers to evaluate engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Analyzing blueprints to calculate correct part dimensions for tool selection, machine speeds, and feed rates.
  • Making mechanical and/or program adjustments to ensure parts meet quantity and quality requirements.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • AutoCAD/Inventor experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software.
  • Hands-on experience with machining, fabricating, welding, and finishing of metals.
