As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work collaboratively with a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative therapy to adult and geriatric clients in their homes. You will assist clients in attaining optimal physical well-being by providing treatment, tests, client education, and appropriate interventions as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide rehabilitative therapy to adult and geriatric clients in their homes
  • Work collaboratively with a Physical Therapist to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Assist clients with daily living activities and provide education on proper techniques
  • Conduct tests and assessments to evaluate client progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts PTA license
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, working under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
