Materials Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Scientist to join our team at AA2IT. As a key member of our research and development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new materials and processes for 3D printing.

In this role, you will work independently and as part of a team to develop and implement new methods for testing and characterizing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments, analyze data, and optimize material properties. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment, as well as training and supporting colleagues on new technologies.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in materials science or a related field, with experience in 3D printing and materials characterization. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and test new materials and processes for 3D printing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science or a related field
• 1+ years' experience in 3D printing and materials characterization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
