About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Prevention Professional to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive prevention plans to address various harmful behaviors.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing Comprehensive Prevention Plans: Design and implement evidence-based primary prevention activities to prevent harmful behaviors, such as harassment, discrimination, alcohol misuse, self-harm, relationship violence, etc.
  • Advising and Educating Leaders: Provide guidance and training to leaders on integrated primary prevention strategies, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to promote holistic well-being within their organizations.
  • Validating Data Collection Methods: Develop and validate reliable data collection methods to assess prevention efforts and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Building Prevention Capacity: Collaborate with community partners to build prevention capacity through outreach, education, and training initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral or Social Science: Possess a bachelor's degree in behavioral or social science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized Experience: At least one year of specialized experience in developing comprehensive prevention plans, advising and educating leaders, validating data collection methods, and building prevention capacity.
Benefits:
