Support Professional for Adults with Disabilities

Caregiver, Inc. is seeking a qualified Direct Support Professional to provide support and assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dining, and housekeeping skills
- Provide direct support and assistance in training activities as specified in Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Aid in mobility and assist with meal service
- Administer medications and treatments according to company policy
- Act as a Primary Person (P2) for assigned consumers, ensuring their well-being at all times
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
