Customer Service Advisor Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our retail sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting sales, and maintaining a positive and respectful store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class customer care and support to customers
  • Promote sales and service to customers
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Work as a team player to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Complete sales training and follow the Pick-n-Pull 5-Step Sales Model

Requirements:

  • Must have good people skills and an outgoing, friendly attitude
  • Able to work retail hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have reliable means of transportation
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in the English language
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required

Physical Demands:

  • Standing, lifting, walking, bending, and stretching are required regularly
  • Manual dexterity to maintain the housekeeping of the facility

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
  • Exposure to occasional noisy conditions and machinery operation
