About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their policies and benefits
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
