About the Role
Hartford Healthcare (HHC) seeks a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team as a Physician Assistant. This role involves participating in patient care under the supervision of a physician, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a PA, with strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. A minimum of two years of experience is required, along with a current PA license and CT Controlled Substance Registry. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and handling multiple responsibilities with ease.
Requirements
A Master's degree in Nursing or an accredited Physician Assistant program is essential. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to work all shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Personal responsibility, motivation, and a customer service-focused approach are highly valued.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience.
