Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Good Harvest Market Corporation. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals from our full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus.

About You:

• You have a genuine passion for cooking and a strong understanding of kitchen safety and health code regulations.
• You possess excellent knife skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience working in a restaurant or hotel setting and are familiar with menu planning and inventory management.
• You are able to read and follow recipes accurately and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Executive Chef, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing meals from our menu using locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Developing and implementing new menu ideas.
• Training and supervising kitchen staff.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience cooking in a restaurant or hotel setting.
• Degree in culinary arts or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
