The Brand Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to own defining Brand building marketing vision and lead a high-performing team in translating it into a durable roadmap that realizes our vision.

This role will utilize data, market research, science research, and customer anecdotes to create scalable programs that drive Brand building Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and outcomes. Additionally, the person will own high-visibility programs to shift Brands' perception of Brand building on Amazon.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to dive deep into data and customer research to uncover pain points that brands and customers face. You'll develop the vision, goals, and roadmap for Brand building marketing, manage a high-performing team, explore opportunities to scale brand communications and actions across channels, define and deliver key metrics and goals, and communicate status to senior leadership through regular business reviews.

About the Team:

The Brand Experience (BX) organization creates, builds, and leads innovation for Brand Owners in the Amazon store. Our growing portfolio of BX tools enables brands to grow their brand awareness, improve consideration, increase conversion, and build brand loyalty.
