As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our nursing staff. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality patient care, while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Nursing Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to our nursing team, promoting excellence in patient care, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care services.
  • Clinical Expertise: Utilize your advanced nursing skills to assess, evaluate, and develop individualized care plans for our residents.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and educate nursing staff to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills, promoting a culture of lifelong learning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective relationships with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care coordination.


Requirements:


  • Education and Licensure: Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
  • Certifications and Training: Certification in nursing specialty desired; CPR certification required.
  • Experience: Prefer a registered nurse with management or supervisor experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize responsibilities; leadership and staff development expertise.


Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
