Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Die Maker - Tooling Specialist to join our team at Mill Rock Packaging. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating and modifying tools, dies, jigs, and molds using computer-assisted design (CAD) and computer-assisted manufacturing (CAM) software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain CAD/CAM software to design and manufacture tools and dies.
  • Program and operate Gerber CNC router and Easy Bender.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and production planning to ensure timely delivery of tooling.
  • Maintain inventory of die-making supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Train and assist other team members in operating die shop equipment.
  • Follow company procedures and work instructions, including ISO and Food Safety protocols.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience as a Die Maker or CNC Machinist.
