Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Harris and Smith OB-GYN in Durham, NC. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide direct and indirect patient care, plan and document nursing care, and assist providers during in-office procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, provide, and document nursing care according to physician orders and established procedures.
  • Provide triage services via telephone conversations and MyChart messages, obtaining and clarifying patient information and communicating accurately with physicians.
  • Assist providers during in-office procedures, collect and analyze patient data, evaluate nursing care provided, and document outcomes and patient responses.
  • Serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks and supervising the activities of other licensed and unlicensed clinical staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a current RN license in the State of North Carolina, BLS certification, and graduation from an accredited BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
