Gaskins + LeCraw is a leading provider of survey, planning, and engineering services across the Southeast. We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician / Project Surveyor to join our team in Duluth.

  • Compile information for plans, as-builts, and final plats
  • Verify worksheet and plat accuracy
  • Revised plats according to supervisor feedback
  • Support managers and surveyors in completing projects
  • Prepare preliminary information and specifications for plats
  • Develop various layouts and drawings
  • Reproduce documents and plans
  • Assist with department tasks as needed
  • Complete basic surveys, including closings, foundations, and elevation certificates
  • Develop technical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 1+ year of field/office surveying experience
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with AutoCAD
  • Developing AutoCAD and other surveying software skills

This is a full-time, hourly position with benefits, including bonus, PTO, 401K, and more.
