About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Solaris HealthCare Waterman. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and training to residents and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy to ensure the highest quality care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferred.
  • Member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
