Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Therapy Department Director to lead our team in Nebraska. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical quality, integrity, and financial viability of our rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement appropriate provision, documentation, and billing of clinical services
  • Identify and implement growth opportunities and evaluate effectiveness of employees and ongoing programs
  • Serve as an integral member of the team through implementation, coordination, and evaluation of rehabilitation services and programs
  • Supervise and direct team members, including therapists, therapy assistants, and other staff as necessary
Requirements
  • Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
  • Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation
  • One year of management experience preferred
  • Current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice
