Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Service and Sales Technician to join our team at The Grout Doctor Company - Chicago Northwest and Northern Suburbs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customized ceramic tile and natural stone repair and maintenance services to residential and commercial clients.
  • Perform tile re-grouting, re-caulking, cleaning, sealing, and grout staining tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Must reside in the Schaumburg / Arlington Heights / Palatine vicinity.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • High level of integrity and problem-solving skills to ensure quality work.
  • Able to read and follow directions, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work Monday through Saturday, with a flexible schedule.
  • Drug-free and clean appearance, with an excellent driving record.
  • Punctual and dependable, with legible handwriting.
  • Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds of supplies and equipment.
  • Computer literate with a fully functioning PC and printer.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience with some sales background.
  • Handyman experience or comfort with hand tools.
  • Tile and Stone knowledge and experience.
  • Caulking and re-grouting experience.
