About the Role:
The Registered Nurse Circulator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating surgical patient care in a fast-paced environment. With a strong focus on safety and efficiency, this individual will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring timely and precise documentation.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to prepare patients for procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Monitor and control the operating room environment, maintaining temperature, humidity, and sensory levels within established parameters.
- Handle and transport specimens, medications, and solutions safely and according to hospital policies.
- Participate in staff development and training programs, contributing to the growth and education of colleagues.
Requirements and Qualifications:

- A valid Tennessee nursing license.
