Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for the management of the Support Center CRM, CTI, WFM, and Analytics applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of the Support Center CRM, CTI, WFM, and Analytics applications.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain these systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and compliantly.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and provide suggestions to streamline processes.
  • Work directly with vendors and other external contacts during upgrades, platform changes, projects, and other engagements.
  • Assist in the management and utilization of customer data to provide strategic insights, improve the customer experience, and improve agent efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, CIS, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT System Administration, Contact Center preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers and Operating Systems.
  • Telecom/CTI experience.
  • Technical trouble shooting, process mapping, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Experience with budgeting.
