Dishwasher Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bob Evans. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant.

• Maintain the dish tank area and ensure cleaned dishes are available for service.
• Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying, and storing dishware and utensils.
• Remove cardboard and grease, and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot.
• Maintain the cleanliness of property around the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk.
• Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
• Work with other staff to ensure 100% guest satisfaction regarding dining room cleanliness.
• May be asked to assist in other job categories as well.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
• Relies on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• General knowledge of commercial dishwashing is preferred, but not required.
• Must maintain a high degree of pace and intensity for an extended period of time.
