Salary


The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on location and experience.



Job Description


We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team at Flynn Panera. As a Pastry Artisan, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked products for our guests. This includes baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory items.


Responsibilities



  • Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other sweet and savory items
  • Ensure a clean and fast-paced café environment
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain quality standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines

Physical Standards


The Pastry Artisan role requires the ability to stand and exert mobility in a fast-paced environment for up to eight (8) hours in length. You will also need to be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds repetitively.
