Job Summary:

As a Roofing team member, you'll assist in various aspects of commercial roofing projects and contribute to the success and quality of our services.

This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation and repair of commercial roofing systems under the guidance of experienced team members.
Perform tasks such as material handling, equipment setup, and site preparation to support roofing operations.

Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and team members.

Participate in regular training sessions to develop knowledge and skills related to commercial roofing techniques and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress, issues, and concerns on the job site.
Follow company policies and procedures to uphold professionalism and integrity in all aspects of work

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience required; however, willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment is essential.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
Willingness to follow instructions and learn from experienced team members.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites may be required
