Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Welder Technician to join our team in Beatrice, Nebraska. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing and completing welding duties on various outdoor power equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks accurately.
• Selecting appropriate weld jigs, positioning, and securing piece parts for welding by hand or using hoists.
• Performing MIG tack welds and seam welds based on project requirements.
• Setting up welding cells for production runs.
• Buffing and inspecting welded surfaces to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• To succeed in this role, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• You should have some technical knowledge and ability to follow standard work procedures.
• Experience with power tools is helpful but not necessary.
