This role is responsible for managing construction projects under $100M or larger dollar projects where complexity is limited to building and furniture refresh rather than full reconstruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise contractors and vendors in the field.
  • Coordinate project work impact on users of space and moves.
  • Coordinate distribution of requirements and drawings for pricing.
  • Prepare expenditure requests, project cost and financial reports.
  • Manage inputs and reporting from pertinent Departmental systems.
  • Manage related risk and regulatory activities.
  • Interact with customers at regional level.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business and a minimum of 3 years' related experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' related experience.
  • Experience reading and understanding drawings.
  • Personal computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD), drafting and specifications.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $41.27 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
