Outpatient Mental Health Therapist Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Child Focus Inc. in Cincinnati, OH.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for part-time or piecework arrangements.

Degree Requirements:

  • Masters in Social Work (MSW), Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT)

Licenses:

  • LSW, LPC, or MFT licenses required
  • LISW, LPCC, or IMFT licenses preferred
About the Role

As an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients in our office setting. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to address clients' holistic needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting risk assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Developing and implementing individual service plans
  • Providing crisis intervention as needed
  • Participating in treatment team meetings
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $48,000 - $52,200 per year, depending on experience.
