About the RoleAs a Software Engineer at CSS, you'll be an integral part of our data-driven development team. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
- Data-Driven Development: Contribute to a data-centric development team.
- Project Planning: Engage in strategic planning for various internal tools.
- Agile Methodologies: Implement and test software using agile methodologies.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a collaborative team to enhance and support technology.
- Code Contribution: Write, debug, maintain, and test code for diverse projects.
- Architectural Design: Design scalable systems with a focus on architecture.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Innovation: Drive innovation within the team and support CSS' technological advancements.
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Software, Computer Systems or Networks Engineering, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3-7 years of domain experience in the specified role.
- A track record of significant contributions in previous roles, showcasing your ability to make a meaningful impact.
- Strong ability to design and create long-lasting architecture from scratch and evolve existing systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with non-engineering stakeholders.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
