Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse Float at Williamson Health. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care across various departments, utilizing your expertise in critical and pediatric nursing to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients with diverse needs, adhering to best practices and organizational values.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective patient care delivery, leveraging your knowledge of adult and pediatric emergency medicine, oncology, and medical-surgical nursing.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance your skills and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
  • At least one year of experience in pediatric or critical care nursing, preferably in an in-hospital setting.
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification within six months of hire.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care that prioritizes patient safety and satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - 120,000, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement matching, tuition reimbursement, FSA, legal aid, and more.
