Position: Executive Chef

We seek an accomplished Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our culinary offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine and creativity, along with leadership abilities to inspire and manage our culinary staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Develop seasonal menus incorporating local ingredients and current trends.
• Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling for optimal performance.
• Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team for a seamless dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing food cost and waste.
• Innovate and create new dishes aligning with our vision and guest preferences.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Extensive knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
