Medical Examiner for Veterans

Overview
MRG Exams is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to perform medical assessments on United States Veterans in our Disability Benefits process.
This role involves reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting focused, in-person physical exams on each Veteran.
The successful candidate will document exam findings required by the VA through the web portal, ensuring accurate and timely completion of Disability Assessments.
Please note that this position does not involve making disability determinations; these are made solely by the United States Veterans Administration.
This is an in-person role with a Part-Time schedule of 3 Days Per Week (8am-4pm), performing an average of 3-5 Disability Assessments per day.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can work independently, analyze data from medical records and exam findings, and complete questionnaires to form medical opinions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, be able to stay organized, and meet requirements efficiently.
A current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license is essential for this position, as well as proficiency in using a computer.

Benefits
M RG Exams offers a competitive salary, with an estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide training and continued support, health insurance options, and a computer supplied for work purposes.
