About the Role

$95,000 - $120,000 per year*

We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Specialist PRN to join our team. As a Special Procedures Technologist PRN, you will be responsible for operating medical diagnostic imaging equipment and assisting in procedures such as angiography and cardiac catheterization.

Job Description

This role involves performing procedures and care in a compassionate and respectful manner. You will prepare and position patients and equipment safely and competently, assist in administering contrast media, and obtain high-quality radiographic images.

You will also maintain effective communication with patients and radiologists, rotating call assignments as needed.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • A graduate degree from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology
  • Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
  • A current ARRT credential; RCIS credential also considered in conjunction with minimum Interventional Radiology (IR) experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years licensed experience in Radiology to include at least one (1) year of IR experience
