About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our store, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our members and associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning floors, as well as emptying trash and recycling receptacles.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters.
  • Respond to spills and other incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as needed.
  • Dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with our Environmental Sustainability Program.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $23.00.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
