Omnicom Media Group US, a leading media services division of Omnicom Group Inc., is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Video Investment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Video and Audio campaigns for our valued clients. Your key responsibilities will include developing video and audio media strategies, negotiating deals, estimating ratings, building client relationships, and providing mentorship to support staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for executing media plans, implementing analytics, measuring campaign performance, and tracking digital media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of reporting and generating insights to drive results, communicating directly with clients and client teams.
  • Conduct accurate data processing, analysis, interpreting results, and making actionable recommendations based on insights.
  • Manage client-specific reporting for quality control and budget management purposes.
  • Participate in the development of analytics and broadcast capabilities within the agency and with existing clients.
  • Regularly interact with department team members and liaise with internal departments (e.g., Traffic, Accounting, and Portfolio Management) as well as vendors.
  • Stay informed about changes in the media landscape and analyze and share thoughtful recommendations with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Comfortably present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff, ensuring accuracy and quality in all communication, data entry, and documents.
  • Work with broadcast and digital leads, data leads, and strategic leads to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Identify and develop tactical opportunities that align with client and corporate objectives through actionable insights derived from analytics.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate agreements, preferred discounting, and procurement-related objectives.
  • Apply various quantitative methods to analyze and interpret information from multiple data sources while providing strategic thinking and insight generation.
  • Manage broadcast and digital reporting to identify any potential issues with budget or variances versus contracts.
  • Manage and be accountable for all financial aspects of campaigns.


Requirements:

This role requires 2-3 years' business experience in online and offline planning or buying with a strong understanding of digital media analytics. You should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on MS Excel, and have proven experience with Google Analytics and third-party ad-servers (e.g. Google Campaign Manager). Digital solutions (Omniture, WebTrends) and social media monitoring are a bonus.

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive compensation range of $80,000-$90,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience.
