Nuckolls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our organization as a Sales Consultant. As a leader in our industry for over 120 years, we are committed to excellence and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Service and grow our existing client base through exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and customer service.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze field activity, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within our organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Driver's license and ability to work in the U.S. are required, with a clean background and reliable transportation.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly, and a 45-day evaluation period before advancement. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
